Director of Construction & Project Management
Christopher Lee is the lead Construction and Project Manager for Third Act Development. He brings with him over 15 years of dedicated commercial real estate and marketing experience.
As the Construction and Project Lead, Christopher excels at analytical and logistical operations of Real Estate projects. His experience lies in, but is not limited to operational budgets, asset portfolio performance, risk analysis, coordination of asset inspections, financial, market, and economic impact reporting, and he leads communications with property managers, leasing agents, and client representatives. He also performs pre-, present, and post-acquisition analyses to ensure all projects are performing.
Since 2019, Christopher has been a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst and Asset Manager at Situs AMC, a New York based leading independent provider of innovative, trusted solutions that support the entire lifecycle of commercial and residential real estate finance. His responsibilities encompass sales and marketing, CRE budget development, underwriting analysis, and asset management experience. Christopher displays a command of market analysis and the ability to influence, collaborate, and lead others, allowing him to resolve conflicts and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems. As the agency's primary client manager, he monitors and administers loan covenants, asset strategy, DSCR reviews, call and release provisions, and earn-outs while utilizing proprietary underwriting models. In addition, he has insight into all portfolio management, loan servicing, asset strategy, financial analysis, strategic financial guidance, and provides strong financial negotiations.
Before becoming an analyst, Lee was a Project Management Consultant across numerous independent firms and industries. He utilized his skills to help define and manage projects and processes and championed improvement initiatives to implement best practices for research and development. In 2018, he served the United States General Services Administration as a Program Manager, overseeing Program Analysts, Senior Program Analysts, and Project Managers and Program Leads that provided a wide range of lease administration duties including operating cost and tax escalation processes, step rents, and change of ownership operations for the Southeast, Midwest, and Southwest regions. He helped lead workflow discussions during program standups that led to national template changes and internal workflow standards.
Christopher attended Alcorn State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration, and later, Prairie View A&M University, where he went on to earn his Master’s in Agricultural Economics.
He currently resides in Kansas.
